How it works

In our latest Ultimate PRO program, we use a barcode to identify the customer. Barcodes are used in industry and their advantage is speed and flexibility of use. The code carrier can be different, ticket, code in a mobile phone or smart watch, or simply on a plastic card.

The customer receives a plastic card with the logo of the company or business partner. 

The transaction is very fast, the system check-in process does not take even 1 second, because the system does not print any tickets.

The program pairs the card code with the position in the cloakroom with the stored jacket or luggage.

The leaving guest simply gives the card to the attendant, who reads the card code and the system shows the position of the stored jacket or luggage.

The attendant has two options: The customer came to the cloakroom to pick up something from their jacket or luggage, the customer stays in the club (the attendant presses the green button).

The customer wants to collect his coat or luggage from the cloakroom and leaves the club (the attendant presses the red button).

The system will release the occupied position for further possible use.
