Our Story: From the Dance Floor to the Digital Frontier

Ultimate PRO was born out of necessity. Our founder spent over 20 years in high-level hospitality management, organizing events for tens of thousands of people and operating major music venues.

Through this experience, he encountered a recurring challenge: there was no efficient way to manage cloakroom operations while maintaining full financial control and legislative compliance.

In the industry, there is a hard rule: “If you cannot accurately quantify the revenue, you cannot collect it from your staff.” Determined to solve this, we pivoted into the world of IT.

Since 2014, our team has been dedicated to developing specialized software that transforms cloakrooms from a logistical headache into a streamlined, profitable part of the business.

A Decade of Evolution

What started as a simple idea in 2014 has evolved through ten years of continuous development and feedback from our partners:
